So I added 1” flow sensors to each return pump and didn’t realize till this morning I placed backwards. At that point I was getting flow of around 300 on each pump. I switched the direction and now getting a flow of around 750 on each pump. My Cor15 and Cor20 are set at 20%. I can’t hardly believe I could have this much flow running through my system as well as I just have a dual HOB overflow which is only rated for 1200. This gives me a 15 times turnover and The flow through the overflow is slow. Did I break the sensors by having them in backward over night? Could something else account for that? Before I got the 1” sensors I had a 1/2” sensor on my Cor 20 and it showed a flow of 300 so I believe that more. Yes I configured the new FFM for the correct sensor.
