APEX Fusion has been updated (3 May 2019)
Highlights
User Interface
- The user interface has been given a modest facelift, including crisp new icons throughout.
Trident
- This release provides support for the Neptune Systems Trident Marine Aquarium Water Analyzer.
Browser Support
- Support for truly ancient (i.e., older than IE10) browsers has been eliminated; support for modern browsers has been enhanced.
Media Tile Video Support
- Support for HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) video has been added.
- In order to combat what has become an annoyance to many, commonly-used browsers will no longer auto-play a video if it contains audio. To comply with this policy change, videos will now be muted.
DŌS Logs
- DŌS logs are now displayed graphically and are categorized by pump.
System Configuration View
- A new system configuration view is available; the view displays the hierarchy of system devices as a tree, showing the devices attached to each module. Here is an example:
To access the system configuration view, use the
SysView.PNG dashboard icon or the System item in the Apex menu. Each module on your Apex may be clicked to expand to show its inputs and/or outputs. Click the gear button for any module, input, or output to modify that item's configuration. You can zoom in & out and also click-drag the tree to reposition it as desired.
To ensure you are seeing the latest update, you can check the date of the Release Notes. You should see a date of May 1st for the most recent entry. If it does not show 4 May 2019:
