    Apex Fusion Communication Error

Hi everyone, this is my first post on here. I recently was invited to be a beta tester for fusion. My problem is my apex fusion tile is showing a fusion communication error. I need a token to link to fusion. I have my Apex Fusion enabled and my Apex fusion control enabled on my network setup. I have firmware 4.31 cb13. Anyone know why I don't have a token?

Change the DNS server entries to 192.168.0.1. Check the reboot option. Then click Update.

Change the DNS entries to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Update and reboot. The reboot is required.

Did you reboot your controller after you made your last network setting change?

I too am having issues with getting Fusion to work.. I'm also getting the same 'ApexFusion Communication Error'. Additionally it seems that sometimes my Apex would brick up when I tried to restart it via the dashboard, and I would have to restart it via the power strip power switch. When it comes back online it resets my Primary and Secondary DNS numbers to 10.0.0.1 and 10.0.1.1 respectively. It also changes the date to Dec 27, 2008 at 7pm Setting it to auto clock doesn't seem to fix it. Any ideas with that??

    My settings:

Ok so now I am locked out of my home and outside network. Which both were working before I decided to update to Fusion.

Update : repaired my home network. Somehow my apex ip address changed. Followed these instructions http://www.reef2reef.com/forums/aqua...ase-print.html and now have Fusion up and running. I hope this helps. BTW DHCP is disabled.

    Apex Fusion Communication Error

The gateway setting in the Apex is incorrect. Change it to the LAN IP address of your router, which is probably 192.168.0.1. Click the Reboot after update option then click Update settings. Wait at least one minute, then refresh your browser window.
