    Password Reset

How can I reset the Apex password? I purchased a used unit and the default is not working.
    Thanks!

Via the display module - System - Net Setup - Admin password. Make sure you reboot after changing it.

Forgot password, Display not working. Power went out, display is now dead (suspect I have to re-enable from the web interface), BUT haven't used the web browser in a long time, and forgot the password, which it seems like based on reading the only way to reset is from the display... which is dead... so I am stuck... is there a way to factory reset this? I tried the xyz, 1234, 1237 and other suggestions I found on the various posts but no luck...

Tripprea, you should contact tech support. Without you having access to the controller through the web pages or the display, we can't help you here.

Thank you... I contacted them and they sent me a special firmware to factory reset and then I uploaded the new so I am back up and running.

Cool. That's what I figured they would do.

    Russ,

I pulled my JR out of the storage, plugged it in, shows in fusion and I get login screen locally. For the life of me I cannot remember the password and I dont have a display. What is one to do?

    Thanks in advance.

If 'admin' & '1234' do not work, and you do not have or cannot borrow a display, then your only option is to do what I already suggested a few posts back in this thread

Borrowed the screen from another system and guess what, it was the default admin/1234, logged in without any issues today. It's freaky and I don't like freaky.

Already updated the software this morning, went without a hitch.

    Thanks for your help RUss.
