I tried with a powersupply of 9v 500mA and I can see the jebao pump turn on but not change velocity. Is this by the 3v missing on the powersupply? the Aquasurf leds turn on and they blink.

A 9V will work. It must be a 9V power supply. You can get one that is rated for more current (like a 1A), but it must be EXACTLY 9V and must be AT LEAST 200mA
I used my multimeter and the 9v powersupply delivers 15v and another one I have of 12v 800ma delivers 20v.
What do you think?
Regardless of what the power supply says, the output needs to be 9V DC. I do not know whether your meter is just severely out of calibration or whether you are using non-universal power supplies with a input voltage different than what they are designed for.
The 9v powersupply is the one that arrived with an AquaC Jr.
So, if it is delivering 15v, it must work right?
I am using this code:
Is this correct? If Time > 11:30 Then FRG ON
If Time > 21:30 Then FRG OFF
If Timer FRG = ON Then WV1 PF1
If Timer FRG = OFF Then WV1 PF3
If Timer FRG = ON Then WV2 PF2
If Timer FRG = OFF Then WV2 PF4

12v 500mA is for the Apex aux power input.
I didn't trust my own memory- I was fairly sure it uses 9v but wanted to be 100% sure before posting anything here. I found an old post from Curt with the requirements for the AquaSurf power - yup, 9v.

ok, in this case I am using the correct powersupply. Why the Jebaos are not switching speed?
nobody?
Check the voltage at the ethernet pins. Do you see the right voltage there?
Do you mean on the Aquasurf side?
Kind of. On the ethernet cable connected to the aqua surf side. You should see 10V at 100%, 5V at 50% and 0V at 0%
Ok, I connected the cable directly to the aquasurf (just ethernet cable) and followed th pinout Torx mentioned (pin 3-4 and 7-8).
On Pin 3-4 I am getting 1.7V and Pin 7-8 I am getting 9V.
I can not see any variation.
Is it burned? bad configured or what?
Thanks !
Here is the code I am using. T5A is ON when testing is performed:
