    Help!!! Can't connect through android phone

    Currently running an android Note 2, and previously when I had Comcast I had no issue configuring my phone to check my Apex when on my home network and when away from home.....Currently I can connect from my desktop, but can't access my apex from my phone.

    Settings on phone currently are:
    Name Apex
    Host 10.0.0.***
    Port 5151
    SSID HOME-87E1-***
    WAN Host 98.235.2**.***
    WAN Port 80

    Settings in my Apex are:
    Hostname apex
    Aquacontroller IP 10.0.0.***
    Netmask 255.255.255.0
    Gateway 10.0.0.***
    Primary DNS Server 192.168.1.1
    Secondary DNS Server 0.0.0.0
    HTTP Port 80

    Any help????

    Are you trying to access from your home via wifi or remote either outside your home or from home with your phone wifi turned off?

    It sounds like your port forwarding is messed up. Did you get a new internet provider and/or modem?

    The port number in your app is wrong - it should be 80, not 5150

    It's not part of this issue, but the Apex DNS server address is invalid for your network. It should probably be 10.0.0.1 (the LAN IP address of your router). Or, you can make the two DNS server entries 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. In eather case, make the DNS changes, update the settings, then you must reboot the Apex for thos changes to take effect.
