Heres what I did for the code.
    If FeedA 000 then OFF
    Defer 007:00 then ON

What that did was turn off my pumps for 7min and then resume program..

Geee I forgot how much I disliked coding!!

also tried two rw4s they both operate from 1 to 100 percent. Maybe its the jebao adapter box???

Just because fusion says it is working doesn't mean it is working lol. It just means the signal is going. Turn the pumps off, set them to 1% then turn them on at 1% and check out the pumps. But again, some work, some don't, with the DIY or the jebao module.

Mine only work to 20% at 19% they stop working and yes my fusion will show it at 1% or whatever but look at the pump is it actually on is the question, when i checked mine it was off until i adjusted it above 20% so now 20% is my 0% and i just adjust accordingly

35% was the minimum for consistent & reliable operation as reported by early WP40 users. The Dashboard shows the VarSpd output level. It doesn't mean that the pumps are actually running that slow. The VarSpd outlets will show their programmed output level even if there is nothing connected.

Thanks for this Gerry - really great stuff. It's saved me time in figuring everything out but also helped me understand the various functions and how the profiles, outlets etc work together.

I'll play with those you've made and as I get more confident add some more and post back up so I feel as though I have contributed in some small way.

Does anyone know if Apex has any concept of random for programming? I'd like to set-up some random flow profiles if possible.

    Cheers

    Rob

Ok I have had these 2 pumps up and running off my Apex for about 1 month now. Here is my programming and profiles.
So the RampUp profile starts off my day with both pumps off and both ramping up to 100% over 60mins. The "left" profiles runs on 1 channel while the "right" profile runs on the other channel in sync, this creates a nice wave motion left to right in my tank. Long_L and Long_R Profiles do the same thing only with a longer slower wave. When Surge_L is on then the Calm profile is running on the right side and when the Surge_R profile is running on the right the left side is running the Calm profile. I use this surge profile to flush all the crap out the sides of the tank and get it all into the water column. The tank then goes back into a nice wave left to right for 2 hrs. RampDn starts at 100% and goes down to 0%. from there the tank goes into Dusk_L and Dusk_R which gives me a very calm back and fourth. and the processes then starts over again. I have it setup so when ever my tank gets fed my pumps turn off for 3mins then turn back on which is the defer command. I need more profile ideas so I can fill in the gaps.
Thanks for taking the time to go through my setup....

I still use this programming for the most part it has become a bit more complicated but my main change was once i went from fish only to reef i had to set the max intensity on my WP40's to 60% anything more and I found my coral getting beat up. I do let the surge and ramp go all the way to 100% none of the other profiles. let me know if you do try it and how it works for you or if you have any questions tweaking it

I tried this program unsuccessfully. I didn’t feel like I was getting the long or short waves but more of a hard continuous crashing. Anything above 60% in my tanks is extreme and there isn’t enough of a swing between 30 and 60. I really liked the idea of all of the different wave profiles though. Wish I could make it work like it was described.
