    android app server timed out

Hi, I finally got the app installed and working on my phone last night at home. But now I'm at work and the data doesn't match was Apex Fusion is reading on the internet. When I click on the app on my phone I get an error "server timed out."

    Any suggestions?

gtrange, you need to configure port forwarding in your router to allow access to the Apex from the Internet. See the Advanced Networking Guide for an overview of that process. https://www.neptunesystems.com/support/docs/

Or, just use Apex Fusion when away from home - that's much easier.

jonmos75, you do not need to do that - the Android app handles both home and away scenarios if properly configured.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Russ, you are correct it does, but I set it up this way for trouble shooting issues I was having with ASUS free dns service.....and I kept it this way for trouble shooting purposes....
