Can I use DC4's with new Apex?

If yes, how do I assign "names" to each of the outlets?

I have 3 DC4's that I would like to use.

You rename them just like any other outlet type. But you need to manually create the outlets. See the Comprehensive Reference Manual, page 95. Start with the DC8 topic then go on to the DC4 topic.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
