I tried windows 7 and 8 and Safari on the Mac. And also tried wireless and direct connect from computer to router. Any ideas?

I get the logon screen and log in then get a blank screen. My unit is a year or two old. Fusion work fine and the original dashboard used to. I'm trying to erase some old profiles and link AI lights to AWM which used to work but stopped working when I had system problems a few weeks ago. I've been using AI Director but want to go back to having the Neptune control them.
Reload the web pages using the Apex Flash Utility for the firmware version you last installed on the Apex.

That's the first thing I tried when it didn't initially work. Running 4.33BD14. Should I try opening a new port on the router. Just realized that I have updated to a newer router since I started using Fusion. Right now port 80 open.
i have the firmware 4.32. my dashboard is blank when i enter the ip address... what can i do to select my dashboard??? any help please...

the problem is the wireless connection.
