Troubleshooting VDM, only goes up to 0-9.2v

I am having a weird issue with my VDM, anything about 85% register 9.20v. so 85-100% has the exact same voltage.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? could it be a defective unit or something?

Possibly. Could also be your meter isn't properly calibrated.

Tested it on 2 different multi meters got same result. Is there a configuration option that limit the maximum value or something?

I am also not sure if I could have a voltage drop somewhere. I got two eb832 and the vim
Module has about 3 feet of cable
